When you leave your clinic or treatment program, we don’t just want you on your feet—we want you leaving your feet: running, shooting, jumping, blocking, kicking, pedaling. We want you back in the game.
When athletes walk out of rehab, they often lack the speed, strength, and agility they once had. They can shoot free throws but can’t go coast-to-coast. Can hit a bag but can’t block a lineman. There’s a gap between the therapy and competitive performance. Mettler’s Bridge program wants to change that.
Bridge is designed to help athletes transition from physical therapy to the intensity of competitive play. You’ll begin with a consultation by a Mettler Athletic Physical Therapist, then work one-on-one with a Performance Coach. The 10 session program is progressive and individualized. Learn movement mechanics, eliminate muscle imbalances, and recover strength and speed. When you’re done, your body will be ready for the rigors of all-out athleticism.
Consider it a Bridge back to winning.
