Make your game durable.

Preparing for competitive sports involves more than running up and down a few stairs. That’s why Mettler Athletic takes the pre-season seriously. Our coaches assess the demands that your specific sport makes on your body, and target those areas. Progressive conditioning adds strength and stability to key joints and muscles to get athletes ready for the season’s wear and tear.

Mettler’s Pre-Season programs (ages 14–18) are eight weeks in duration. Sessions run for two hours. A Pre-Assessment is included with a Pre-Season package. When the season begins, you’ll be ready to compete, not yell from the sideline.
