Knee injuries in female athletes are so common that high school and college coaches expect at least one athlete to be sidelined with an ACL injury every season. But with preventive training available, why play the numbers game?

Mettler Athletic is now certified by Sportsmetrics,™ an award-winning training program with a scientifically-proven record of success. Sportsmetrics™ uses a progressive, three-phase conditioning program to boost leg strength and explosiveness while developing stability. Take your body out of the “at risk” category and raise your performance level at the same time.

Designed for girls aged 12–18, the Sportsmetrics™ program is six weeks long and meets three times a week for a total of 18 one-hour sessions.
