Hit and Get Fit
This program combines golf-specific strength and conditioning training with professional golf instruction. Each 60-minute session in our climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility provides you with 30-minutes of golf instruction with PGA instructor Lance Olson focusing on the most efficient way you can swing a golf club and 30 minutes of scientifically-developed training with our Director of Performance, Joe Rodgers. designed to increase your power, stabilization strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility.
Mettler’s progressive Hit and Get Fit conditioning program runs four weeks and is designed for adults of all levels of experience, age 19 and over. Must provide own clubs for skill instruction. Proper training attire is required for working out.

Junior Golfers
Mettler Athletic recommends our Athleticism program as the best form of conditioning for junior golfers (ages 8–18). Juniors still interested in hitting balls at Mettler Athletic can do so by renting a cage.
