
If you want to compete, you have to get stronger. But why stop there? Mettler's Athleticism classes will help you add agility and durability to your game as well as power and speed. Start with your core and build outward. We develop performance skills that will keep you in the game until the final whistle.
Our coaches teach movement mechanics, injury prevention and flexibility—the perfect addition to a focus on conditioning, explosive ability, and power. Mettler's approach is integrated for total athletic health, because muscle mass isn't much use if you're stuck in the training room.
Mettler’s Junior Athlete (ages 8–11), Athleticism I (ages 12–14), Athleticism II (ages 15–18), and Athleticism III (age 19+) classes feature strength and movement sessions that are ideal for off-season and in-season athletes. Athletes can choose to focus on strength training, movement training, or a mixture of both. Sessions run for one hour. Athleticism I and II packages include a Pre-Assessment.
