Athleticism

If you want to compete with the best athletes, you need the best training. Using cutting edge methods, our conditioning programs combine both speed and strength training into one tenacious workout that will prepare your body for the rigors of competition.

Our coaches teach movement mechanics, injury prevention and flexibility—the perfect addition to a focus on conditioning, explosive ability, and power. Mettler’s approach is integrated for the total athlete, so you’ll boost your performance no matter your sport, gender, or ability level.

Mettler’s Athleticism 1 (ages 12–14) and Athleticism 2 (ages 15–18) sessions meet 2–3 times per week for two months. Sessions run for 90-minutes. Classes feature strength training and movement sessions that are ideal for off-season and in-season athletes. Athleticism 1 and 2 packages include a Pre-Assessment.
