One-on-one
Look and feel your best with Mettler’s private personal training. Achieve results safely and effectively through a combination of cardiovascular, resistance, and flexibility exercises matched to your individual goals and abilities. Individualized motivation and accountability are what make this format a popular choice. Set weekly goals with your trainer in order to stay accountable and on track with progress. One-on-one training occurs as 45- and 20-minute training sessions and can be purchased as single sessions or in 5 or 10 packs.
Duet
Train with a partner through Mettler Athletic’s Duet training option. In this semi-private, 45-minute session, your trainer works with you and a partner simultaneously to offer a challenging workout experience. Duet training offers advantages such as the added motivation of a friend or loved one and a slightly reduced cost per individual. Duet training can be purchased in single sessions, or in 5 or 10 packs. Train with a friend or spouse for added support and accomplish goals together at a discounted rate. Duet training is perfect for those who enjoy working with a partner and also value the professional direction of a personal trainer. Whether fitness levels are similar or considerably different, a Mettler trainer can guide you both through appropriate routines that ultimately lead to reaching your goals. These 45- and 20-minute sessions can include cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. Duet training can be purchased as single sessions or in 5 or 10 packs.
Small Group
Want personalized attention but love working out with a group? Enjoy the extra accountability and cost-effectiveness of small group personal training. This format offers advantages such as the added motivation of a friend or co-worker at a reduced cost per individual. After assessing your fitness level, a personal trainer will craft an individualized plan for you and your group. Each session can feature strength training, core conditioning, flexibility, and cardio depending on each group's goals. Small group training is for 3–6 people who would like to train together.
ACT Program
Assess, Challenge, Train. Have you hit a fitness plateau? Not reaching your goals? Let ACT get you back on track or move your routine to the next level. This program gives you three 45-minute sessions with a personal trainer. Your package starts with full fitness assessment and comparison to your last assessment. The trainer will re-evaluate and re-develop your goals accordingly. Your second and third sessions will be working out in your new, uniquely-developed program with a trainer. ACT now and make your first appointment to a more effective workout.
