Temporary Leave Status
Members may request to be placed on Temporary Leave Status (hold) according to the following restrictions:
- Requests to be placed on hold must be made in writing on a form supplied by Mettler Athletic, LLC. The request must be made by the 24th of the current month in order for the hold to begin by the following month.
- Membership may be put on hold for a minimum of two months and must not exceed six months. Memberships will automatically reactivate at the specified end of the hold, without notification to the member.
- A member who is placed on hold will be charged a $40 fee at the time of their request. There is no additional charge for the second person.
- Requests for hold are subject to approval by Mettler Athletic, LLC.
Physician Approval
Mettler Athletic recommends that you have the approval of a physician before beginning any workout program or regimen.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Mettler Athletic enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be received 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time in order to avoid being charged for the appointment. This applies to orientation sessions, program development sessions, and personal training sessions. Any appointment not cancelled within 24-hours will be forfeited.
