Early bird or night owl? Early Bird—absolutely!
I decided to help athletes move to the next level because I truly enjoy working with them and feel it is my calling.
A common mistake athletes make on the road to recovery is thinking that the absence of symptoms means optimal function.
Before I begin therapy, it’s important to look at the cause of the injury or dysfunction, not just the symptoms.
When I first meet an injured athlete I take a detailed history and determine their expectations.
The best way I can help an athlete recover is to educate them and then attack the “cause” of the problem manually and functionally and provide a fun and challenging arena for them to participate in their rehab.
I most enjoy watching athletes succeed humbly, share their victories with teammates, and grow in spirit with the real big picture of life.
I enjoy helping athletes in any way I can on or off the field.
