The
best part about my job is working with such an energetic, positive
staff and seeing the looks on potential clients faces when they see our awesome
facility for the first time!
My favorite things to do outside
of work are play with my nephews, get together with friends, and go
to Illini sporting events.
I recharge by working
out, playing with my dog, Sneakers, going to movies, and clothes shopping. I
consider shopping a sport!
My favorite sport to watch
is college basketball. Go Illini!
My favorite sport to play
is tennis.
My favorite sports hero is
Chris Evert. She always dresses and acts like a lady, on or off the court which
shows one can be a lady and still be a great athlete! Like Evert and current tennis champion Sharipova, I believe if you look sharp, you act and play sharp.
My role models are
my father and my college tennis coach, the late Leann Davidge.
My favorite form of exercise
is cardio!
My drink of choice is
caffeine-free Diet Cherry Coke with 20 squirts of cherry!
Early bird or night owl?
I’m more of a noon to 5:00 person.
I decided to help athletes
move to the next level because my parents sacrificed a lot in order
for me to get the best training and coaches so I could compete at he highest
level in tennis and this is a way of giving back.
I most enjoy watching athletes
who have had to deal with adversity and come out stronger than ever in the end.
I enjoy helping athletes
see how sports is a great metaphor for life.
The best way I can help serve
a client is show them what Mettler Athletic is all
about by inviting them to see and use our facility. Once they’ve seen the facility,
it’s an easy sell!
My most unforgettable/exciting
work opportunity was teaching high school for 13 years and coordinating
the IHSA State Football and Wrestling Championships.
What makes me unique at what I do is I was given the gift to help others overcome adversity, be it personal or professional. To see someone overcome their obstacles and know that I played a role in their guidance and direction is very rewarding.
In person or over the phone?
In person. There’s nothing like a firm hand shake and eye-to-eye contact when
meeting with someone in order to discuss the purpose of the meeting.
Cash or check? Credit
card, baby!
