to start my day early.

through compensation and denial and not getting the right treatment at the right
time.
Before I begin therapy, it’s important to get familiar with
the patient’s past medical history, goals, and make the patient feel comfortable.
When I first meet an injured athlete I want to make them
feel I am a competent, caring individual who wants to help them meet or exceed
their athletic goals.
The best way I can help an
athlete recover is to listen to their needs, educate them, transform
their injured tissue through MRT® therapy and functional sport specific
exercise and communicate with their trainer or coach.
I most enjoy watching athletes
win national championship trophies.
I enjoy helping athletes perform
