The best part of my job is working with good people.
My favorite thing to do outside of work is go somewhere fun with my wife Josephine.
I recharge by walking the dogs.
My favorite sport to watch is track and field.
My favorite sport to play
is golf.
My favorite sports heroes
are Tiger Woods and Sergei Bubka (Pole Vault World Record Holder).
My role models are
my parents.
My favorite form of exercise
is running.
My favorite group fitness
class is Cycling.
My drink of choice is
definitely water; it’s very important stay hydrated.
Early bird or night owl?
Early bird. Late nights are not for me.
I decided to help athletes
move to the next level because I find it rewarding to help people challenge
themselves to be better at anything and everything they do.
One training/conditioning
mistake a lot of athletes make is training too hard too fast.
Before I start training an
athlete it’s important to fully understand their current fitness level
and their goals.
I most enjoy working with
athletes who are beginners, because there are fewer bad habits to break.
The athletes I’ve been
most pleasured to work with are the ones who stick to a program long
enough to see the benefits of all their hard work.
I most enjoy watching athletes
attain a new personal best or personal goal.
I enjoy helping athletes
break through a plateau in their training by creating new workouts and making
it fun while achieving new results.
My least favorite training
exercises are crunches and ab work (a necessary evil).
Strength or cardio?
Cardio.
