The best part about my job is working with athletes that want/desire
to get better.
My favorite thing to do outside of work is
play with my 2 boys (3 years old and 1 year old).
I recharge by working on my house.

I decided to help athletes move to the next level because success
in sports develops character that can be advantageous in all walks of life.
One training/conditioning mistake a lot of athletes make is
overtraining.
Before I begin training an athlete, it’s important to evaluate
the abilities and motivation.
The athletes I've been most pleasured to work with are the
athletes that want to succeed.
I most enjoy watching athletes succeed at tasks they previously
could not perform.
I enjoy helping athletes develop the confidence to physically
compete at their sport.
My least favorite training exercise is the deadlift.
