The best part of my job is that I have the opportunity to help athletes actualize their potential.

My favorite thing to do outside of work is spend quality time with friends and family.

I recharge by watching movies.

My favorite sport to watch is football.

My favorite sports to participate in are running, volleyball, and bowling.

My favorite sports hero has yet to establish him/herself.

My role model is my sister.

My favorite form of exercise is circuit training.

My favorite group fitness class is Fusion.

My drink of choice is water.

Early bird or night owl? I am a night owl.

I decided to help athletes move to the next level because I was fortunate enough to have coaches in both high school and college that positively impacted my performance by the tools and training techniques that they taught me. This position gives me the opportunity to do the same for other athletes.

One training/conditioning mistake a lot of athletes make is trying to lift a lot of weight without regard to form or the actual function of the lift and its transference to their sport.

Before I start training an athlete it's important to understand the demands of the sport they are training for and if they have any deficiencies that need to be addressed.

I most enjoy working with athletes who want to be better at their respective sports and are willing to put in the time and effort to do so.

The athletes I’ve been most pleasured to work with are those that may not be the most talented athlete but because they were dedicated enough to train they excelled at their sport.

I most enjoy watching athletes develop their technique, form, and mechanics so that they can be more efficient and powerful athletes.

I enjoy helping athletes meet their potential.

My least favorite training exercise is anything that has to do with the legs. (I do them because they are necessary and important, but I don’t enjoy them.)

Strength or cardio? Strength. (Although I am starting to enjoy cardio a lot more lately.)
