The best part about my job is being able to work with a variety of individuals, pushing them beyond their current limits to reach their goals.

My favorite thing to do outside of work is anything active such as hiking, biking, volleyball, or working out.

I recharge by eating, sleeping, and watching 24.

My favorite sport to watch is any type of volleyball.

My favorite sport to play is outdoor/sand volleyball, though indoors is great as well!

My favorite sports hero is Magglio Ordonez (previously with White Sox).

My role models are my high school softball coach, Becky Wilcox, and my siblings.

My favorite form of exercise is playing a sport.

My favorite group fitness class is Fusion, variety of drills, excellent class to keep the heart rate up!

My drink of choice is Milk, “It does a body good!”

Early bird or night owl? Both, but not on the same day.

I decided to help athletes move to the next level because I love training athletes with strength, agility, and power exercises that will ultimately help them succeed in their sports.

One training/conditioning mistake a lot of athletes make is improper form. The exercise must be done correctly in order to avoid muscle imbalances and produce the most efficient and powerful movements.

Before I begin training an athlete, it’s important to get the blood flowing to warm the muscles.

I most enjoy working with athletes because athletes are seeking to better their game and I am one of the influences that helps achieve improvement.

The athletes I’ve been most pleasured to work with are both those that desire to improve and succeed as well as athletes who need extra motivation to work hard.

I most enjoy watching athletes succeed on a previously difficult task.

I enjoy helping athletes improve and get better each day as well as break bad habits.

My least favorite training exercise is abdominal workouts but specifically sit-ups (however they are an excellent exercises).

Strength or cardio? Strength because I am able to vary my workouts greatly and increase muscular strength.
